Dutch Oven: Cream Cheese Frosting for Carrot Cake
 
 
Every delicious carrot cake has a delicious cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 4 TBSP milk
  • chopped nuts if desired
Instructions
  1. Place the softened cream cheese and the Greek yogurt into a mixing bowl. Mix slowly until it is well blended. Add in the milk and powdered sugar and continue to mix until smooth and creamy. Add a little bit more sugar if it is too thin.
  2. Place the cooled cake on a plate. Spread the cream cheese frosting on the top. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts if desired.
