Here is a very easy and quick pull apart bread that is beautiful enough for a company dinner, festive enough for a holiday dinner, yet homey enough for family dinner. It is a perfect accompaniment to almost any meal.
Garlic Parmesan Pull Apart Bread
1 can of large size refrigerated biscuits (6 biscuits)
1/2 stick of butter
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp of Italian seasoning (opt)
Pre-heat the solar oven while you prepare the recipe. While the oven is heating, put the butter in a Bundt Pan and place in the solar oven to melt.
Cut the biscuits into quarters or sixths. Mix the garlic, seasoning, and cheese in a bowl. When the butter in melted, dip the biscuit pieces in the seasoning mixture, then the melted butter, and then place evenly in the bundt pan. Top with any remaining seasoning mixture.
Bake uncovered in the heated solar oven for approximately two hours, until golden brown. In a regular oven, bake at 350° for 20 -22 minutes.
