It is really hard to stay on a diet, but it is even harder when everyone is having treats and goodies and shakes and smoothies. Medifast’s Take Shape For Life diet plan includes some great smoothies, including Triple Berry. To give it a little sparkle and pizazz, I substitute diet Sprite or 7Up in place of the water. It’s a really delicious treat while staying on your diet.
