Product Reviews
I love doing product reviews. Based on our agreement, a product review might include a blog post, original pictures, and social media posts. Demonstrations
I promote solar cooking through live demonstrations to school/scout groups, clubs & organizations, as well as commercial businesses. Demonstrations can be tailored for your purpose but generally consist of a presentation on the basics of solar cooking; and, weather permitting, a solar cooker in action baking something delicious. Although I have a food handlers permit, and may pass out food samples, this is a demo on how to use a solar oven, not a cooking class. I have given demos at Preparing Wisely; Honeyville Farms; City of Mesa Living Green Village, City of Glendale Solar Day, and Great Solar Cookout.
Travel
I am available to travel to your location. I love to share my expertise and knowledge with your clients and I love to promote your special products and locations with Sunshine readers.
Recipe Development
I can transform a boxed mix into something unique; use food storage to create family favorites; or develop new recipes that can be cooked using alternative cooking methods such as a solar oven, smoker, grill, or other outdoor cooking equipment.
